To engage with ‘hard to reach’ members of our local communities in different ways, creating new gateways to engagement and bespoke pathways for all engaged in the Project. Ultimately meeting the given outputs to the Project. The project creates gateways to engagement working with local landlords, youth centre, local schools, GP surgeries, Early Help Hubs, Parents groups, health care providers and other organisations and local business, building on and extending partnership working throughout the project. The aim to engage with those most hard to reach within our local communities. A community key development worker works closely with the community mental health worker funded through the health and wellbeing fund, and the business manager leads the engagement.
